Sorry for posting in English but I am abroad. I suggest that if you want to use your flash soon, you send it to Ikelite service yourself. Contact them and talk or address your email to Duane Brigham at: duane@ikelite.com
Ikelite Repair Department 50 West 33 Street P.O. Box 88100 Indianapolis, IN 46208 USA repair@ikelite.com You can find the telephone numbers at their site. If you can, send a couple of the photos of the damage as well, but they will likely ask that you send the unit to them. Turnaround will be a couple of weeks, if it can be fixed, and they will inform you of the costs (from what i understand you are not covered by warranty) in advance. The guys are very helpful and prompt. Sorry about the accident! Babis
